Michelle Hill has been blogging for, and educating, all who desire about food allergens since 2001. She writes the popular food blog, AllergenFreeCooking.com, and has self-published two local best-selling cookbooks.

Currently Mrs. Hill is serving a 6-year term (thru 2029) as the Consumer Representative on the Executive Board of the Conference for Food Protection. She also serves a voting member on the Allergen Committee, a member of the Food Safety Culture Committee, and is a clear advocate for all who suffer from food allergies.
